Feste Pausenzeit
Feste Pausenzeit records breaks automatically. You create break rules for this, each with a time from which it applies and a duration.
A rule can apply to everyone or only to the people you assign it to. On top of that, you can give individual people a standard break and add a separate rule for individual weekdays. The more precisely a rule fits, the stronger it is. A person's weekday rule beats their own standard break, and their own standard break beats the rule for everyone.
Where several rules are stored, you can set the shortest break to apply instead. That is a checkbox in the settings, not something that happens on its own.
