Connected in 4 steps

Four steps, and the longest of them is the one where you no longer have to do anything. From the first consultation to live operation we guide you, and the effort on your side stays manageable: you decide which software and which terminal it will be, we take care of the technical part.

Two things can be settled beforehand without buying anything. The free transponder test shows whether your existing badge works at the Datafox terminal. And if you would rather see the whole thing running in your own business first, there is the test box with a terminal and ten transponders, free for four weeks. And the fourth step is not the end: guides, support and remote maintenance stay available for as long as conni runs.

    Consultation

    Together we clarify which software and terminal fit you, and which modules your software supports through its API. The appointment is free and comes with no obligation.

    Selection & quote

    You tell us the terminal and modules, the software to be connected and how many people will clock in at the terminal. From that we put together a transparent quote. Once you accept it we invoice the hardware, and as soon as that is paid we order the terminals.

  3. 3

    Setup

    After the order the terminals come to us first. We load our setup, register each device in our system and then send it on to you. Mounting it and registering your team is your part, and if something goes wrong technically we help.

  4. 4

    Live

    conni transfers the times automatically in the background, with nothing for anyone to start. You add new employees yourself as long as your licence quota lasts. Once it is used up, you get further licences from us. The same goes for an extra module or another terminal.

From the order it takes 4 to 6 weeks until the terminals are with you.

So nothing surprises you: this part is on you

  • Mounting the terminal and connecting it to power.
  • Providing an internet connection for the terminal.
  • Registering your team. You assign transponders at the terminal, or with the right module in the browser or directly in your software. Fingerprints are enrolled at the device itself.
