Fixed rules, no recalculating
Arbeitszeitregelwerk
Arbeitszeitregelwerk deducts a set number of minutes from the clocked working time. Alongside that you define how long the working time runs: either a fixed working time per week or a flexible working time per day.
Both apply to everyone to begin with, but you can override them per person. If you enter individual values for someone, those take precedence over the general rule. And wherever a flexible working time per day is set, it takes precedence over the fixed working time per week.
