The test phase runs for 4 weeks from delivery. We only need a preferred end date if you have a fixed window. We do our best to meet your preferred period and will confirm the date either way. If no test unit is free, we'll get back to you with alternatives.

What it costs

Customs charges are collected from the recipient directly and do not go through us. Within Germany we create the return label on request; from abroad you cover the return shipment yourself.
