    Setup and support

    You do not have to get EVO 5.0 Flex running on your own. We prepare the device, and for everything that happens at your end afterwards there is a guide, and there is us.

    Preconfigured on arrival

    After your order, EVO 5.0 Flex comes to us first. We load our setup onto it and register the device in our system. Only then does it travel on to you, preconfigured and ready to use.

    Mount it and add your people

    Putting up the terminal and adding your employees is your part. The guide walks you through mounting, setup and everyday use step by step, and it lists all the technical data.

    If something goes wrong, we help

    We support you with technical problems, via remote maintenance if you prefer. In the setup appointment we also show you how to manage employees and where to change the internet connection.

    Can I connect EVO 5.0 Flex with my software?

    Yes. conni connects EVO 5.0 Flex with Personio, Papershift, HiBob, clockodo and more, automatically and GDPR-compliant. Your software is not listed? Let us know and we will check whether an integration is possible.

    Which identification does EVO 5.0 Flex support?

    EVO 5.0 Flex can be equipped with an RFID reader, with fingerprint or with both. You choose the reading method during configuration, it is not included automatically. Whether your existing transponder fits, we'll check in the free transponder test.

    One restriction applies to EVO 5.0 Flex: the fingerprint surface sensor will only be available from Q1 2027.

    What does the 'from' price mean?

    The 'from' price covers the terminal itself. All amounts are net, plus 19% VAT.

    Three things are always added because each of them is mandatory:

    • Power supply: power adapter, PoE or both together. PoE always requires the LAN module.
    • Network connection: LAN, Wi-Fi or both.
    • Reading method: RFID reader, fingerprint or both.

    Only this choice results in the final price, transparent in the configurator.

    The configurator is not an order: you use it to request a quote, and only that quote is binding.

    A typical base configuration with power adapter, LAN and a Mifare RFID reader comes to 1105 € net plus 19% VAT.
