In three steps

The transponder has to reach us physically. So it does not get lost on the way, it travels on the printed cover sheet.

  1. Fill in and send

Fill in the form and send the request. Right afterwards you get the cover sheet to print – with your contact details and our address.

  2. Print and tape the transponder on

Print the sheet and tape the transponder onto the marked area. That way it survives the journey without sliding around inside the envelope.

  3. Post the letter

Take the sheet with the transponder to the post. Both fit in a standard letter.
