Clocking in and out

Working time #

Start your working day: Tap the Clock-in button.
Enter badge ID: You will now be asked to enter your badge ID. This is either stored on your transponder or your fingerprint serves as a badge. Hold your transponder or finger on the corresponding reading area.

If your fingerprint cannot be read, you can alternatively enter your hand ID (badge ID) manually and confirm with Enter.
Working time starts: As soon as your badge ID has been confirmed, the terminal beeps and your working time starts.

End work: Tap the Clock-out button
Enter badge ID: You will now be asked to enter your badge ID. To do this, hold your transponder or finger on the reading surface.

If your fingerprint cannot be read, you can enter your hand ID (badge ID) manually and confirm with Enter.
Working time ends: As soon as your badge ID has been confirmed, the terminal will beep and your working time will end.

Time for a break: Tap the Break button.
Start break: Select Start break in the next menu.
Enter badge ID: Enter your badge ID by holding your transponder or finger on the reading surface.

If your fingerprint cannot be read, you can enter your hand ID (badge ID) manually and confirm with Enter.
Break starts: As soon as your badge ID has been confirmed, the terminal will beep and your break will start.

Break over: Tap the break button.
End break: Select End break in the next menu.
Enter badge ID: Enter your badge ID again by holding your transponder or finger on the reading surface.

If your fingerprint cannot be read, you can enter your hand ID (badge ID) manually and confirm with Enter.
Break completed: As soon as your badge ID has been confirmed, the terminal will beep and your break will end.
